Opaque Window

A frequent visitor to my mind.

I separate us with an opaque window,

There’s no need to try to peer through.

This window has no patience,

So it finally sheds some light,

Through a crack with the vision that fooled us,

Into thinking this was real,

There’s an opaque window between us,

So it can now blur us too.
